We ship orders using USPS shipping rates. Some items have longer shipping times than others, particularly limited quantity items or custom sculptures. Orders ship out typically Mondays and Fridays.

We have a 30-day return policy on any item that is in new condition, except for books, which are non-refundable. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with proof of purchase.
